Inquiries

The only personal information this website is designed to collect is what you send it: your name, business email, organization, role, and your description of the situation, through the engagement form or by email. The form holds your answers in your browser for your review; nothing is stored by the website itself.

An inquiry is used to evaluate the potential engagement and to respond, and is kept as ordinary business correspondence. It is not sold, and it is not shared for anyone else’s marketing. Leave customer records, credentials, and confidential documents out of an initial inquiry.

Processing

Serving any website produces technical records; the infrastructure behind this one processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages and block abuse. A form submission is screened by Cloudflare Turnstile before it is accepted, carried by an email delivery service, and received in Shen Advisory’s business inbox, operated by Google Workspace. Each provider processes data only to provide its service, under its own published policy.
