Using shenadvisory.com means you accept these terms. They govern the website alone. Advisory engagements are governed by a written agreement between Shen Advisory and the client, and nothing here changes that agreement.

Reading is not advice

What is written here is general, drawn from one practice’s experience, and offered for you to weigh. It is not advice for your business, and decisions you make on the basis of it are your own. Neither reading this site nor sending an inquiry creates an advisory relationship; only a written agreement signed by both parties does.

The site is for learning about Shen Advisory and making contact. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or harvest its content with automated tools. The text, figures, and design are the property of Shen Advisory and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute arising from this website belongs exclusively to the state and federal courts in Sarasota County, Florida.
